Proven Paving

I'm very pleased with the paving they did on our office parking lot! We're based in Cape Coral and getting tired of dealing with our cracks and uneven surfaces. Their team came out, assessed the damage, and got to work right away. The new asphalt looks fantastic - it's smooth, even, and will definitely improve safety for our employees and customers. PLEASE READ ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS, WE HAD ALL THE SAME PROBLEMS AND EVEN MORE - cheat on material, no base in our case at all - work is done in sections ( see pictures) -puddles on our new pavement -machines broke down, two times the bobcat, one time the asphalt spreader. - asphalt spreader missing part on the back so can't loaded from Truck, must be loaded with bobcat, this way asphalt gets cold and can't spread even anymore. -our deposit got used to pay non experienced laborers and employees. If you don't pay the balance because of the very poor workmanship in all categories they put a lien on your building, a week later we got another one from the supply company even we paid the deposit for the material before they even started. Other contractors told us we needed to tear up and repave our large parking lot at a very high cost. Acme said they could patch and double-coat the existing lot at a much more attractive price. It's an excellent job; striping looks good, added handicap ramp and parking bumpers. Looks good, done on schedule and fairly priced. Highly recommended.
