Our overall experience with them was smooth: working with Ryan in Sales, scheduling with Chris at the office, and having Ryan the tech perform the subterranean work. I appreciated that a human always answered the phone at the office and I didn't have to go through a series of automated options when I called. Ryan (tech) was professional and especially helpful, providing us with insight for all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. I highly value honest reviews, and just want to share what I wish I knew before signing off on fumigation by my landlord. Common questions I had, and what my advice is for you: 1) Is there residue? There was a thick film of white dust left on my furniture (desk and side table) that was left inside the apartment. I learned that it's due to the windows staying open during fumigation. They told me it's not toxic, but I suggest definitely do a thorough cleaning before moving in your items.
