Wish I could give this garage negative stars. I had the same issue as several other reviewers - made a reservation with SpotHero and was able to scan my QR code to get into the garage but was unable to get out of the garage without paying a second time. There's no attendant on-site, and the on-call attendant available on the phone is extremely unhelpful and rude. The attendant even tried to charge me the maximum fee to leave the garage since they said it was "impossible" for me to have gotten into the garage without pulling a ticket. The attendant said that they do not honor any online reservations. Use this garage at your own risk - I recommend avoiding it.

Parking at 700 New Hampshire is a scam if you pre book through SpotHero. Somehow I was able to scan into the garage with the prepaid QR code but at exit it wouldn’t allow me to leave because the virtual attendant said they “don’t allow prepayment.” If I can enter with a QR code, I should also be able to exit. Instead, got double charged.

I wish I could give negative ratings. Do not park here ever again. Our car was robbed—my wife's sunglasses, three bags of kids' clothes, and a small wallet with change were stolen. We reported it, but they claimed no responsibility. It seems they only care about making money, not the security of the parked cars. Despite what the app claims, there's no personal help available if something goes wrong, and there is no security at all. The code scan doesn't work, and there is no person to help. We had to call, and they asked us to use a ticket to enter and exit. After entering, we had to call again and confirm the reservation ID and ticket to exit. Went to a great concert. Used SpotHero to access entrance. 30+ cars lined up behind me while leaving & the exit scanner does NOT work. Office staff beside scanner is empty but the light is on. Jerky lady on help line says I’m at the wrong location. So I double paid to leave. SpotHero is refunding my payment. Exiting must have taken a long time for the 30+. I’m sure this garage gets paid double running this scam. I’ll be er get back my wasted time & frustration. Contact me when you file a class action suit.

Height clearance caution!!! The posted sign is 6'5". However, when trying to exit I got confused and went right at a fork. The clearance very quickly became 5'5" without adequate warning. I noticed the height of a pipe looked too low as it passed my windshield. Because I was lost and moving extra slowly I was able to break in time and reverse. While reversing I noticed a "Caution 5'5"" sign was hanging at the far left but it was also tucked up and sideways. The sign should be hanging dead center in front of the pipe. Alternatively, the garage's entrance should clearly post than only 70 or so (total guess) public spots are above 5'5".
