Very unprofessional company. Hired to pump concrete and their pump broke during the concrete poor!! It was down for over an hour and a half. Which of course caused a horrible domino effect with the rest of the job. In the end costing us more money to fix the issues that they caused with their POOR EXCUSE OF EQUIPMENT. When trying to call and explain what happened to their office and asking for a partial refund, mind you partial not an entire refund, they stated they would put a lien on our home if we disputed it!! Save yourself time and money and Do not use this poor excuse of a company!!

Lady that answered the phone is very undertrained and very unprofessional… after being on hold for 5 minutes and having buttons pushed in my ear( she apparently doesn’t know how to use a phone) and couldn’t speak English….. figured I need something a little more professional.

I had a pump scheduled for Saturday morning at 10am and they never showed up! I had a cement truck with 7 cubic yards in front of my house and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I left a message and tried to get in contact with someone after hours but only received a busy dial tone on the line. Due to me not having a pump it was left to me, my brother, and 68 yr old parents to bring the concrete up my driveway, to the back of my house And get it set within 2 hours before the concrete settled in the truck! The absolute worst company experience i have ever dealt with!

Amazing customer service, these guys actually called the plant for me and helped change the mix design for something that was pumpable, they saved me thousands, thanks and will use you again for sure
