We like Jay Gilbert the best! The products he uses and his knowledge of the bugs and pests in our area keep our home bug free! I could not ask for more! However, Jay is more than his knowledge! He answers my questions and responds in a way that is professional and calming! I never have to worry about whatever type of pest reveals itself! Jay makes them go away and stay away! As a customer since Aarons Pest Control which is now under Purcor, I can say that overall I have been happy with the service and my tech Bob is always pleasant and does a great job. -2 Stars: The only negative for me since the change is the lack of ability to know well in advance of the date of my next service. With Purcor, you're often only given 24-48 hours notice of service with no ability to schedule a date in advance. This often results in my inability to be home so the outside of my home is the only service provided. Considering that there's an agreement and a prepayment of services, it can be frustrating to not have more flexibility in scheduling and more advance notice to ensure the inside of the home can be serviced as well. Five years ago I left a 5 star review for an amazing company for amazing service. Today I deleted it and will be replacing it with a one star review: We cancelled our service a few months ago due to wanting to tighten up our budget due to the economy. Since this I’ve received multiple calls from the company to attempt to come back out to restart the service or perform other unscheduled services, I’m also still receiving unpaid bill notices from a time after cancellation. I was planning to come back and restart service next year, but after the several calls and issues since cancellation, I’d recommend anyone to go elsewhere. Shame to see such a good company go down in quality over the years.

Set up was easy they were out the next day for treatment. It's been almost 2 weeks and definitely less spider and bug sightings. The bees nests are gone. I've just started my service but very pleased so far.
