Bobbi was great when visiting us. I got the Rodent and Big Monsters package, and she was here to install the luring stations. She placed them in what I thought were smart locations. She noticed my fly problem in the backyard and setup a followup to take care of them. I thought that was awesome. Before Bobbi came to the house she gave me a call to let me know she was 20 minutes out, AND if it was ok to come at that time. She offered whether I wanted a face-to-face experience or to communicate through our phones. I chose the latter. I would take pictures if I could, but I am stuck in a wheelchair for now, and the effort was too much.

We have used Purecor for pest control for quite some time. They are dependable, and always remind us that they will be coming by. Our technician, John, came to our door today to alert us to two rodent worries on our property, both of which we were aware of, but had been unable to resolve on our own. Because of John’s efforts, we will now go into discussions with pure core to aggressively get this under control. Great job on John’s part.

John services our home for our pest control and he is very thorough. He does a great job and pays attention to detail we have a lot of cactus and plants he makes sure to dust the webs off everything carefully we appreciate it. Thanks John for the great job!
