We started the process of redoing our master bath and two Jack & Jill sink sections in our kids rooms back in April with Drew at the Hamilton Mill location and I can't say enough good things! After we reached out with the initial request for a quote, he responded within a day and within 2 he was out at our house taking measurements and getting things drawn up for a starting quote. From that starting point until the project was finished in July things were fabulous. We met with him at the shop and began picking out the specific tile, cabinets and counter tops we wanted. They did the domolition work, tile, shower, toilet, plumbing and vanities. We really liked that they could do everything and with such an attention to detail. I can't recommend this company enough. From Steven in sales, to Laura in the office, to the guys who did the work, these were pros. Very patient and knowledgable trying to get the right tile figured out for our shower job. All along I got the impression that they were honest and straightforward with me, and I worried this was just fake. But when all was done, they actually were. A bit too much tile was ordered than needed and I was given a refund no questions asked. Not only that, they ate the restocking fee because they took responsibility for ordering too much. We hired Purdy to remodel our master bathroom and closet. The project included moving walls, plumbing, and electrical. The project was scheduled to take 2 weeks and wound up taking 20 weeks. Purdy showed up to demo and start rebuilding walls with no drawing. They removed walls one day and put them up in the exact same place the next day. We asked Purdy why no drawing had been provided and were told their software could only do cabinetry drawings. The “certified” plumber plumbed the hot and cold water lines for both master sinks on the wrong side. Dry wall work was pitiful and had to be redone multiple times before it was anywhere near acceptable. No one came to make any repairs until after we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
