The company called to remind me of my appointment and the technicians were perfectly punctual and arrived at the exact appointment time. Daniel was my technician and he did a fantastic job. He went over the new unit inside and out and made sure I understood how to work the new digital thermostat. Overall top notch guy and made me very comfortable the entire time him and his co-worker was present. If only all service guys were that nice and thorough.
