Excellent in my opinion. Cost was worth it and not unreasonable. Call them if your air isn't blowing quite right.

Puroclean of havelock came to my elderly mother in laws home after a water line leak. The estimate she was given was ridiculous. They tried to sell her a new vapor barrier for $6000 and a dehumidifier for over $2000. Her home already has an intact and functioning vapor barrier that is only few years old and doesn't need replacement. Even if it did who charges 6 grand for a sheet of plastic? Answer: No ethical contractor. A dehumidifier is USELESS unless the crawlspace is encapsulated. It would have to dehumidify that crawlspace AND all of eastern nc. I am an HONEST contractor and when she fwd me the estimate they sent her I was shocked. This woman is in her mid 70s with numerous health issues including a lung disease which gives her 1-3 years left on earth. Shame on you for preyin

PuroClean was excellent. We had no idea what to expect in our water damage situation but it was less daunting because Billy knew what to do and did it!
