Tried calling for an estimate three times. Received the answering machine the first two times. Third time a gentleman answered and I told him I was looking for an estimate to remove some black mold. He said he would have to transfer me to the office to schedule and when he did I was sent to the same answering machine. I left a detailed message and my phone number. Have never received a call back. I understand being busy, but a simple call back to let me know they were booked up would have been nice. Called Damage Doctors and they answered on the first call. The lady was super nice, was very informative, spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone and got us setup for an estimate appointment with their company.

PuroClean of Muncie and especially Courtney your a wonderful person and have work ethics out of this 🌎 world what a great representative: PuroClean!!!! As the fire trucks were packing up and leaving from our devastating lose a PuroClean truck pulled up to contain and protect our remaining assets. With the home and contents secure and the openings from the 🔥 fire closed. Our family was able to digest the situation knowing the remaining assets were safe. Suffered storm damage to our roof due to a fallen tree at 10:00 pm and PuroClean crew arrived at our house at 8:00 am the next morning. They cleared limbs away from the house, performed mitigation where the roof leaked inside and snuggly placed a tarp over the damaged roof area that prevented any leaks. They coordinated with our insurance company to verify their services would be covered. It was not a small job and they dove right in and got us taken care of. By the end of the day, roof was nicely covered just in time for the next round of rain. Can't praise the PuroClean crew enough. Would highly recommend.

I know I can't see how dirty the ducts running inside your floors and ceilings are but I want to keep them clean for the health of my family. The staff was super friendly and flexible when setting up the appointment. And once they got to my home the two men were careful, professional and cleaned up after each vent. I was floored by how disgusting our HVAC vents are! I keep a clean house- have zero carpet (allergies, asthma & pets=perfect storm) I have a house cleaner come religiously every 2-weeks (for the last 6 years) my Roomba runs daily (sometimes 2x a day) and I still vacuum extra when needed. They even got gravel out of my downstairs vents.These are in my house- before and after and the guys doing it- PuroClean by Osborn did a fabulous job! I am so happy with their work!

Puroclean was assigned by our insurance company for a claim that entailed the interior of our entire house being completely demolished and then rebuilt. They were absolutely phenomenal to work with. From the beginning until completion, they were professional and extremely easy to work with. They know their stuff and provide high quality work. Additionally, Joe and Courtney are excellent at what they do and are truly a pleasure to work with. They communicate well and care deeply about what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.
