PuroClean of Waterford Township

My insurance company sent PuroClean of Waterfront Township to complete work after the first company left the job without completing it. The first company worked in our home for two months without removing any of the damaged clothes/damaged items from our home. They were thrown in a huge pile a few feet from the dry wall and ceiling they removed. As a result of this, everything was contaminated with wet drywall. Their water drying machine leaked and created huge puddles of water on our hardwood floors. Those leaking machines weren’t discovered until the next day which created more damage. We were told by the first company that they discovered another leak which damaged another section of our home. I reported to them that the carpet was wet in that area before they set up their equipment. I

I appreciated the easy phone, email and text communication and the job was done in the time frame they predicted. I also appreciated that on day one, 2 trucks arrived in order to bring sufficient manpower to get the job done. PuroClean provided professional service at a more than reasonable price! Tom gave a more thorough inspection than the competitors. Marcus was quick and effective tearing out a water-damaged room in our home. When following-up afterwards, he addressed an issue that we had with the area not drying effectively, and brought in new equipment to make it happen. The whole team was fantastic, and helped us get through a real nightmare.
