We needed to have some old water damage to our second floor ceilings evaluated for refinancing of our home. Eric came out and looked at them. He was very nice and professional. He told me all I needed was some kilz and paint. He didn't try to make me pay for a service that wasn't needed. If I ever have any need for the services after any kind of damage, I will not hesitate to use them.

After an unfortunate accident, PuroClean was able to arrive on site within hours to remedy the situation. Their staff was friendly, intelligent and professional. They explained each step of the process they would be performing and answered all my questions in advance. They got the work done quickly and thoroughly; and went above and beyond my expectations. From the people in their office to the people in the field, everyone I spoke with was understanding, helpful and professional. I highly recommend PuroClean in Brunswick, Ohio for any type of clean up services.

I get people can have a bad day however the owners showed up to do a clean-up job and were late: 1. Never had PPE on as required by OSHA 2. Power washed matter into the yard and never disposed of the biohazard material 3. Never finished cleaning up everything 4. Because the owner never wore protective gear, he tracked matter back into the area that was being cleaned and when we pointed it out, has a hissy fit and was aggressive. Then he packed up, refused to fix the issue, was leaving and when questioned about completing the job was rude, verbally aggressive, and left. His wife was apologetic on his behalf. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND HAVE PICTURES of how they left the jobsite in addition to how they did NOT follow OSHA regulations. Truly disappointing.

I am so thankful that this company came out to my house. I had a flood in my kitchen that also leaked into my basement. Trey contacted me within the hour of my calling my insurance company and was able to come out right away. The team cleaned up my house very quickly which was much appreciated. They were also very accommodating with my busy work schedule which was super important to me. Overall they were professional, timely and very informative. I hope I never have another flood but if I do I would for sure call Puroclean!

Thought their team did an absolute excellent job when my basement flooded. The attention to detail was top notch and I really appreciated their communication throughout the whole process. At one point one of the workers helped me out by giving me a breakdown of everything they were doing to preserve the quality of my basement. That’s the personal touch I appreciate when I pay businesses to do a job!
