Back in January, our upstairs bedroom's radiator had a leak that caused our living room ceiling to collapse. Allstate assigned PuroClean to the job, and I'm so glad that they did! Well I need to start at beginning. On October 7th there was an incident at my house. Someone baracaded himself in my home after assaulting my daughter. Needless to say my home was destroyed. He tried to kill himself in my house. And blood was everywhere. On my wall on floor on carpet and furniture. After 7 hours they flashed banged my house multiple times. The first people to come in didn't completely clean the blood and did horrible. Well they stopped in middle of it and was done. The I met Ted from PuroClean. He said he would take care of everything for me I wasn't sure after last company. But he took care of everything. Everything went smoothly. He was such a caring person and really does a great job. It looks great. Now I can get started with repairs.

Ted and his team were very responsive and moved quickly to address water damage to my property. They worked well my insurer and completed work when they said they would and helped me to identify potential problems.
