My first experience with PuroClean Restoration was some years ago, Nick came out and did an excellent job! That first experience was the reason to call on PuroClean Restoration again for help with water damage. Nick came back out and did an excellent job! He does his work well, he is very knowledgeable, he is very considerate, polite, dependable, patient with the customer, and overall delivers great customer service.

Would highly recommend this company and Luis A in particular. He was so patient, communicative and knowledgeable. He never rushed and answered each question to my satisfaction. I felt safe with him in my house. He made it as easy as a situation like this (sudden water leak and resulting damage) could possibly be. If I ever had another issue I would call them again without hesitation.

Called them out to try to find why the outside brick was wet in one area. It’s dry now since I had the AC line cleaned out.They used their equipment and didn’t see any water. Luis was great. Very polite! They didn’t charge me for the service call. Definitely recommend!
