I have used Purple Cactus for years. Debbie communicates well about scheduled cleanings and our house is consistently left clean and fresh. The crews are always pleasant.

I just had 2 Purple Cactus Cleaners in earlier this week & so happy with the cleaning + the house smelled so fresh:) Called to have more regular cleanings done & they were so good to work with!

I need ongoing housekeeping help. Was able to get a timely visit for an estimate, and scheduled service right away. The two bonded, very professional ladies who arrived with all their gear did all my floors to excellent standard, and few things more than I thought they'd have time for. The amount quoted and paid was fair market rate, and no surprises. I'll be getting recurring service. It's great to get home and just relax! Recommend.

We moved out of our rental house-2 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living area/mud room-all 1 level , about 750 sq ft. It took 2 cleaners over 7 hours to “clean” the place. Somehow, they broke the screen door, the bedroom floors were swept but a lot of dirt and dust left, so I’m thinking it wasn’t mopped. When setting up the appointment, owner asked what amount I didn’t want to go over. She wouldn’t meet up before hand to give me an estimate. So I said not to go over $425…well after, she told me my total was $840!!!! I then told her I had asked not to go over $425. I told her that there was no way I was paying that much, she agreed and we settled for $500. Will NOT be recommending this place to anyone.

I expected an excellent complete job for the $55 an hour I was charged. Three ladies came out, I was not present when they cleaned. The next day I went to the place and found an incomplete job. Examples, the walk in closet walls are wooden, there were instructions for them to damp wipe any dust noted on walls. that was not done, as well as the shelves and rods were dusty. Same thing in small upstairs bedroom closet. One of the lower kitchen cupboards had not been cleaned. The bottom of the freezer had pieces of food on it. A kitchen counter area was unclean. They left one of their cleaning machines at the house. I would not refer them to anyone.
