A while back, we decided to completely revamp our backyard, turning it into a more functional and stylish space. We entrusted Puzzle Construction Group with the entire project, from initial planning to coordinating suppliers and craftsmen. Their team was not only efficient and detail-oriented but also incredibly easy to work with, and even the contractors they brought in maintained the same level of professionalism. What impressed us most was their reliability—when we ran into an unexpected issue with the patio months later, they immediately took action, inspected the problem, and handled the repairs at no extra cost, staying true to their word.

I hired Puzzle Construction Group for a renovation and they went beyond what I had expected. They were professionals, very detailed and their work was excellent. They actually gave very good ideas on how to enhance the design ideas that I had proposed and they kept me informed on everything they were doing at every stage. Finally, this project was completed at the designated time, yielding incredible results .I highly recommend them and I will certainly engage them again in future projects. We hired PCG during the summer of 2023 to carry out bathroom and other remodeling in our home.Undergoing renovations is never easy, and it was good to know that by the time PCG finished, you were quite satisfied with the outcome. Lucas and Jack's attention was great when we needed help addressing some concerns. There were delays in the original time schedule, but credits from PCG were suggested when we raised our issues with them on other matters.Came into some issues in March 2024 pertaining to some prior jobs they had done but came up quickly and effectively, even outside of their one-year warranty range.
