Quality Air Heating & Cooling

I live in an apartment above a restaurant that Quality Air is working on. They start before 6:00 am and much of their work is quite noisy. I’m always up at 6:00 but when my wife is in town it’s a problem. About a month ago, I asked a person who appeared to be their Forman to start later (the city construction noise ordinance is 8:00am). He was polite but non-committal. I talked to another worker on another occasion and got the same response. This morning, they started at 4:45 am!!! In an occupied apartment building!!! I believe that choosing a company with common courtesy, character and values matters.
