My name is Jimmy Fasig. I called Quality Carpet Care because I had spilled black bean sauce on my brand new, expensive area rug. It was bad. My wife was sweet about it, but I could tell she was very unhappy. The owner of the company, Robert, came out within An hour and cleaned it so well you can’t even tell there was a spill. And he charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend this very professional company.
