My experience with Quality Conservation Services has been extremely disappointing thus far. After being approved for PG&E’s Energy Savings Assistance Program, QCS was one of the first organizations to contact me. I was told that our weatherization appointment would be scheduled within two weeks of signing the paperwork on November 4th. Instead, more than a month passed with no appointment and no meaningful communication. I reached out multiple times and was repeatedly told that “the paperwork was still being processed.” Had I known the delays would be this long and that the communication would be so poor, I would have chosen a different company from the beginning. PG&E Energy Savings Assistance Program is a big help to low income families and seniors. We got a new “Frigidaire” refrigerator last March 26, 2024 to replace our old one that was about 15 years old. Octavio & his assistant Angel delivered our new fridge & also helped me in removing the kitchen door & also when putting it back. I hope the number of at least 4 people in a household to get a new washer can be changed. We are only 3 in our household but my wife & I have medical conditions & our grandson is a student. We are just relying on small pensions to help us in the upkeep of our old house, utility bills, property tax & insurance, car insurance & other expenses. You can let a person know one day in advance that the refrigerator will be arriving. I really had a hard time having to do everything by myself three men here and not one of them can help me with my health conditions. It wasn’t good but I got it done.

Delivery was as scheduled. Battery works great. A little heavier than expected, but my wife and I can lift it and move it as needed.

Just changed light bulbs and shower heads that is much appreciated. Didn’t check for weather stopping, now results of insulation in the attic with recommendations, need recommendations of energy appliances
