Quality Control Restoration

With the hail a few years ago, they came out and did a new roof and new siding. The girl that came the first day had all these wonderful promises that they would do all the work with the insurance company and it would be hassle free. It's been nothing but a hassle/extra work since the beginning. I wish I hadn't signed the contract that day. We had to contact them to come do the work and follow up multiple times... took WAY too long. We even had to contact them when the work was "done" to get a bill to pay towards the end. 🤯 It was like I requested for them to complete every step of the way. The main issue comes when we started seeing water spots on the ceiling in our sunroom, dining room and bedroom. I worked with Tony on getting my roof fixed from an insurance claim. He was always quick to respond and was very helpful. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable about his crew coming to do the work. His crew did an amazing job on the repair and clean up I had no issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof/siding work to be done.

Wonderful company to work with! Owner has great communication and the crew was professional and worked extremely fast. Only 5 days after contacting them and our roof was done. The crew completed the tear down and roof replacement in less than a day. Would recommend!

Tony Clark was so good at meeting with the insurance company and handling all the paper work. He explained everything to us and was always keep in touch. The crew was efficient and picked up after themselves. Tony was waiting for them to arrive and made sure everything was done and correctly. The roof looks so good and the gutters and siding matched perfectly. I don't know what's going on with these other reviews, but they were outstanding! We highly recommend them.

QCR installed our roof and recommeded a solar vent to help with our hot attic issues. We had that installed shortly after and It has done wonders over the summer. They made filing a claim with insurance easy (they dealt with them, not me) and have had no issues. Cleaned up good and protected my plants. House looks great and love the new shingle color!
