Not recommended. They installed a new hot water heater three years ago and it failed. They came out to replace it under warranty but charged me $2400 in labor. I had to have them return and redo the installation. They had numerous excuses for the poor installation. Beyond the cost, the quality of the work performed falls short of professional standards. * Multiple press-fit connections combined with SharkBite connectors within an 18-inch span * A missing cover at the bottom of the heater where the burner is located * An expansion tank that is not level, despite manufacturer guidance that it should be mounted vertically These concerns raise serious questions about the workmanship and adherence to industry best practices.

I had an emergency on a 10 degree Sunday morning. Someone called me back promptly and gave me perfect instructions on how to immediately remedy my situation. No obligation to pay. No future appointment. Just perfect advice. When I later followed up on a service call, again I got a prompt call back and very fast service. The technician was professional in all regards. He did the necessary repair and gave excellent advice and instruction in preventing any similar future occurrence Most importantly the price was reasonable and fair. I can be a tough customer to satisfy. I was completely satisfied.with Quality Degree.

Noah Herr cleaned my home vents today and he was awesome!! He explained what he would be doing and took the time to answer all my questions, give me some tips and he taught me a lot!! It was great! Thanks so much Noah! I already feel the difference in the air quality of my home! I highly recommend Noah and QDI vent cleaning!

I had a new Aprilaire whole house humidifier installed by Jason and Noah on 2/12/2026. They arrived on time, removed the old one, made a neat installation on the new one, all in about 3 hours. They both respected our home, were very courteous and professional, including answering questions pertaining to the new equipment. I have used QDI for about 10 years and they have always done a good job. I would recommend them anytime. The only complaint that i had was that the new unit did not come with a service manual. But i was able to download a copy on the Aprilaire website. Great job guys.

Bill, Colton, and the rest of the team were kind, knowledgeable, and fast when installing a solution other competitors had quoted at a much higher rate. They were able to install a brand new central air system and water heater to replace an oil boiler in a 75 year old home quickly and over the holiday season. I will without a doubt be using Quality Degree again in the future. And I will be enjoying the AC this summer.
