John was an absolute super hero! Had several inches of water in my large basement. Called during off hours and John called back quickly, talked through what was going on and best approach. Gave me peace of mind to know that he could come pump out the basement anytime if needed. When here, he cleared up the water in a few hours, talked me through options. The quick action, friendly and personal service, and work to really understand the problem were impeccable. I cannot recommend True North Restoration strongly enough!!!

I had an emergency at my apartment building of a leaking toilet that had dripped through the ceiling of the garage and it wasn’t water… considering it was a biohazard I needed to get it cleaned and sanitized as soon as possible because it was displacing my tenants. I got a few quotes and these guys came in thousands cheaper than the other 2. They cleaned up the biohazard, sanitized the ceiling and the adjoining wall and replaced the drywall that was damaged. They even sanitized the extra flooring and supplies that were in the garage. They removed anything that was contaminated and everything looked great!

As I was putting away some decorations I noticed the carpet in my finished basement wet. I panicked! It was my 75g water heater. One company came out with NO equipment! Then someone suggested True North Restoration in Collegeville. Justin came right over with a calming presence and actual equipment. He did a fabulous job and went above and beyond. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was actually able to sleep that night and know that the correct company was on the JOB!!! We had a sink overflow and soak our bathroom and although we got it under control and dried pretty quickly, I wanted to make sure we weren't missing anything. Called True North after finding them online and was impressed with their service from first contact. The lady who answered the phone connected me to a tech very quickly. Justin answered so many questions- including insurance claim questions- that I had over the phone and then was able to come out within a few hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Used a moisture meter over the entire bathroom, checked our basement area as well, explaining his process as he went.
