I don't take pleasure in writing a review like this, but people should know about our recent experience. My husband and I purchased a home in Royersford and moved in November of 2025 only to find out that there were German Cockroaches coming through the shared will with our neighbors who had an infestation the property owner refused to resolve. In a panic I didn't do much research and reached out to TKO because they had a handful of decent reviews. We were charged $365 for the first two treatments and then sent a contract for bi-monthly treatments. Unfortunately this contract did not meet our needs, but I was told that after the first two treatments we would be charged $150 for future service regardless, which is even stated on our invoice with no mention of a contract. We own a small roofing company in Montgomery County. TKO has provided expert services and has coordinated with us to control pest so we can continue business. If you are in the trades and in need of pest removal I can’t recommend this company enough!! A++ service and communication.

I have been a costumer of TKO for many years.....Dave and his employees never let me down!! I always get a call right back. The technicians that come and do my 1/4 ly service are all excellent....Respectful and very knowledgeable. Today I had Kyle come out and take care of a Yellow Jacket problem. He was awesome! Very Professional and again extremely knowledgeable. We got a mini lesson on bees and their nests as well as answering all of our questions, he really did an amazing job! He made sure everything was treated properly before he left. THX again TKO for a job well done!!

Used TKO for the first time to take care of a wasp nest in my siding. Kyle came out, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly located where they were and took care of the problem for us. Highly recommend!

TKO is the best! We had a pesky yellow jacket issue in one of our trees. They knew exactly how to resolve the issue in one application. I was very impressed! Professional, kind and courteous. They get the job done!
