The whole team and process was great. The sales rep who came to measure was kind and courteous and right on time. The office was friendly and thankful. The crew that came to install worked their butts off to get it done and accommodated our requests. Would definitely recommend using these folks for your next fence install.

From the initial contact with the office, all the way through the installation of our fence from Quality Fence was exceptional! They did a wonderful job installing fence and doing everything that we ask them to do. There were a couple issues which they took care of promptly and graciously! We would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting to install a fence!

The fence was perfect for my backyard. It makes it feel like my “special place”. The birds are coming in great numbers and my dog loves being out unleashed. The fence workmanship was excellent and the gentlemen who installed it were friendly and helpful moving plants out of the way!

We had a great overall experience with getting a new fence. The final product looks fantastic and the quality of work was great. During the install, the team accidentally broke a branch off of a rose bush and even took the time to come tell us and offer to replace it, which I really appreciated. The transparency and honesty goes a long way! The communications were great throughout the process and the office assistant, Emily, was so responsive and kind. Lastly, we shopped around and the price was worth the value of the work done.

Communication needs vast improvement. However, I cannot and will not dispute the efforts made by this company to correct problems encountered. Highly Recommended
