Quality First Heating & Air

Honestly I cannot thank Quality First enough. They have been out to my house twice now, both for emergencies. They were quick to respond and arrived as soon as possible. Both times they did a fantastic job of explaining what is wrong and the costs. I recommend them for all you heating and air needs. The reliable, consistent, and quick service has saved me twice now! I will be a lifetime customer.

Fast response and they showed up quickly but they where not able to diagnose my issue and stated that I need to contact the company that typically services my unit because the wiring colors are wrong at my outside unit. I did contact the company(Carolina Comfort air) and they came out the same day and diagnosed the issue with a faulty temp sensor at my indoor unit very quickly.

Super fast response, great work. I called 3-4 other AC places and no one could comeout when my heat was out and its 20° out. Called Quality First Heating & Air, they came out 45 minutes later. The saved me so much stress and money. I highly reccomend giving them a call.

Had a great experience with Quality First. They were very responsive and came out to look at our A/C unit within an hour of calling. The following day they replaced the unit at a very reasonable price and were punctual with good communication throughout. Really appreciated working with these guys!
