Neil said he was familiar with and able to service my Riello burner so I scheduled him to service my boiler for 8 am. At 8:10 am I got a call from Neil saying that he had issues, and needed to reschedule for whatever time I could support him coming that same afternoon. We agreed on 3 pm, yet his technician arrived at 3:40 pm. When he arrived i asked his technician if he was familiar with and able to service a Riello burner, and his technician said that he was not. I told the technician that I needed someone familiar with the Riello and said that since he was not, he would not be able to service my boiler. A few minutes later, the technician knocked on my door and said that Neil asked to speak to me by phone. Neil was argumentative, he interrupted me frequently, and he said that I should
