I hate to have to leave a negative review like this, but here we are. First off, the folks at Quality Heating and Air Conditioning have provided us with excellent service over the years, but our most recent experience with them has been disheartening. When installing a new furnace his workers brought it in using the stairs. While they did use a drop cloth they left significant damage on each hardwood stair. The gouges out of the wood are the exact width of the furnace. Multiple employees have disagreed with this claim, and both the manager and owner have denied it was them. They have told us they will look into it and give us a call, but they haven’t followed through on that. They were never rude during this exchange, and that is greatly appreciated. The guys from QHC were very friendly and courteous during our remodel. They were totally professional, on time and performed quality work. I would recommend them to anyone for either repairs or new construction!

Quality heating and cooling installed a new furnace in a rental house for me about a year ago. They did a great job they stand behind there work and most importantly they were HONEST!!! O and they gave me a honest good price!!! I called a few others before I found quality I got some crazy bids $$ and a lot of bull#%# Just save yourself time and call Quality

A very experieced, professional and friendly person came over, quickly solved the problem and had us comfortable in no time. What a great company to work with. I totally recommend them.
