Recently had Feliciano and his crew out to replace and install a 6ft privacy fence in my larger than most Minneapolis yard. They did a fantastic job. Feliciano was quick and thorough in his reply to ALL of my questions, adjusted the work as needed, and communicated well. I'm very pleased with the work that was done and would not hesitate to recommend him and his hard working crew. I'll be reaching out for other projects in the future.

We got hit by the storm in Richfield on Saturday night (July 13th). Woke up the next morning to our fence knocked over due to the wind. We got recommended Quality home and Maintenance, and couldn’t be more happier. Feliciano showed up very quickly on Sunday evaluated the damage and gave us his opinion. We didn’t think twice, on Tuesday him and his team started working on the fence and by Thursday morning everything was done. We couldn’t be more happier with their work ethic and attention to detail. The fence is perfect. What started as a stressful Sunday morning ended in a happy Thursday. Highly recommend Feliciano and his team for any work in and around your house.

The team, is incredible! They are very informative, they don't talk down to you, as a renter and a female. I very much appreciate that. They are communicative through the process on expectations. They leave everything better and cleaner than they found it, and I have had several great experiences as a customer through my landlord. I have used this service for a couple of years, and have never been disappointed. Recently they did my fence that was blown over by a storm. It was completed thoroughly and response was very fast, as I was concerned about my yard being left open..
