Called the guy in February for an estimate on my concrete front step landing. Responded quick. Came down and gave me an estimate $500 more then it should of been. I can't do it, so I agreed. Said he would drop the contract off in the mailbox. It's going into May, called him twice, no response. These losers are still living off the Biden stimulus plan. Don't want to work.
