I had a plumbing leak I determined to be inside the concrete foundation of my home. As this is the second time I’ve experienced this I knew immediately that I was looking at excavation and repairs. After getting several quotes (at least six) Anthony from Quality Mechanical was the most professional and trustworthy contractor I had found. They quoted me a fair price for the work that needed done and made me feel confident in their ability to fix my problem. Devin Murphy came to my home as an extra hand to see to it we would have water as quickly as possible. Because Devin went above and beyond like this we were able to have water an entire day faster than we expected. Im thrilled with the service we received from this company! We had a great experience with QMS throughout the entire process. Mike was very informational during the estimating process and ensured us we would have heat again within days. Keith and Phil had a difficult job ahead of them as our old furnace was literally put in place and a wall built around it during construction of our house. They persevered and we had heat the same day. I was very pleased with the way they left my home exactly the way they found it. I am beyond excited to not have to lay awake at night and worry if the old furnace is going to work or not. Thanks again guys. Pleased new customer!!!!

Kenny came to service my generator for me and was so kind. He gave me great service & tips told me where to go to get items I needed & overall an amazing experience. The girls who took my call to make the appointment were very kind as well & they were able to send someone out within 2 hours of me calling! I’m for sure requesting Kenny the next time we run into any issues!

Woke up Sunday morning with furnace running and shutting down before temp reached my set point. Called QMS and they sent Kyle Shough out and within 1/2 hr of arriving he had us up and running with nice warm heat! Very professional and knowledgeable employee. He not only repaired the issue, he took 5 minutes and gave me a quick tutorial lesson on reading the codes etc so I can be better informed if there is a next time. Will definitely be scheduling QMS yearly to inspect furnace. Thank you QMS and Thank you Kyle.
