highly recommended! my husband & i hired quality pools to install our pool 3 years ago and we are so pleased. they continue to provide us with excellent service when needed and answer all our questions - very thorough. we never owned a pool before and are so appreciative for all their help. we love it!

This is the best pool store in north Knoxville. The owners are kind and very knowledgeable about pools. We were new pool owners and they asked us questions instead of us guessing what we needed to know. They have in store lab results in 5 minutes, chemicals and parts for all your needs as well as the latest pool robots to keep your pool clean. 10/10 will be recommending to anyone with pool needs. So glad I found this store and team.

We recently met with Quality Pools to fix some outstanding issues we were having with our pool equipment and also to get our chemicals straightened out. In just one meeting, Martha made a plan to get our pool fixed and chemicals back on track quickly. The service team got the work completed yesterday and did an excellent job honing in on what was needed and taking care of it quickly. I am super impressed with their great service and would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

Rusty and Martha were so beyond helpful and informative! They went above and beyond helping us figure out how to understand our new pool filter, pump, and salt cell! After 5 years of getting the run around from other companies! I left their store completely understanding how my pool functions with the chemicals I need to balance it out and our kids will be swimming by tomorrow! So everyone is happy. So worth the 1/2 hour drive! Thanks again to you both!
