Quality Roofing & Siding

Quality was hired to patch up a portion of the roof (match shingles), replace rotten plywood, and to fix the front gutter. Sadly they failed on all aspects of this. After the job was completed the roof started to leak only in the spots that they patched during the first rain storm. They also never fixed the front gutter. When I contracted quality I was told that they do not warranty patch work. I was also told that the workers who did my job got fired because of the poor workmanship over multiple jobs that the owner got complaints about. Even stating he’s been having for fix previous work done by them for months (captured on ring camera). I had another roofing company inspect the job and was shown it was improperly done. Quality Roofing was great to deal with. They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced. We had a unique situation where we were waiting on a solar company to remove our panels. The solar company changed our date multiple times and Jim was always very understanding in rescheduling us. I highly recommend them!

A contractor who returns calls, shows up when promised, gets the job done well and at the price and time promised, uses skilled, pleasant, hard working crews who also clean up the job site ~ what more could you want?! Jim Carney is easy to work with, accessible, and checks up on the job while in progress and upon completion. Quality did my roof a couple years ago and recently did my siding.
