Daniel was amazing and did a fantastic on cleaning our carpets and mattress. He went the extra mile on making sure it was properly cleaned leaving us feeling confident with his work. He explained everything to us on how to let it dry properly to make sure smells don’t get trapped in our carpet. He was great! I highly recommend him. Thanks for a great job!

We just had service done today. First time working with this company. John was wonderful about explaining all the cost details involved. Zach was our on-site technician. He worked very hard and respectful of the property. His black light testing showed all types of extra damage done by the tenants animals. He stayed in contact with us when he was running late for our appointment. Gave detailed analysis of what needed to be done. Hoping their pet urine treatment works so we can leave this five-star rating for them!

Great Carpet Cleaning Experience! I had a wonderful experience with Chem dry They were professional, friendly, and did an amazing job on my carpets. Everything looks fresh and they worked efficiently without any mess. Here is a before pictures and two afters. My son took a sharpie to our white couch. The sharpie on the back of the couch came out nearly all the way. The couch cushions couldn’t come all the way clean. I had Chem Dry out two days after the incident. I used rubbing alcohol and dawn dish soap with my Bissell cleaner on the back of the couch immediately after he drew on the couch, which is why I think it came all the way clean with Chem Dry. I wish they could have gotten it all out but I was pleased with their work.

Duncan did a fabulous job! He cleaned several rooms, the hallway and a few spots my dog left behind. Anybody want a dog? 😉 He was knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. I would definitely recommend both Duncan and this company!
