Brian and his assistant Matthew are Awesome! I had several electrical issues that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. I had a different electrician come out to switch out a chandelier. He was obnoxious, rude, and wouldn't look at anything else. I found Quantum's phone number, Brian came out quickly to assess what else needed to be done. He and Matthew came when they said they would, & finish the job. The best thing was that they work after hours and could accommodate me. They were super friendly, patient and very professional. These are the high quality professionals you want working for you. I highly recommend them, you can't find better.

TIC-TOC TIC-TOC Time is money and that’s all Quantum thinks about! BEWARE - You are being charged PER minute. Contacted them as we needed an outlet box installed under our kitchen sink. Asked about cost and we were told estimates are free. Electrician comes and begins to see what it entails and an hour and 40 mins later, after he struggled sliding out the dishwasher, the work is done and the bill is over $525!! But where was the free estimate?! Never happened! But why?? After questioning this astronomical cost, we’re told it’s $175 an hour plus parts. They reduced the cost by 20 mins, as they tried to charge 2 hours of time, down to $467! Outrageous!! TIC TOC, TIC TOC - Time is Money! I used quantum after a very bad experience with another electrical company. The other company took over 2 weeks to actually come out and look at the work. Then it took another week to get a written estimate that did not break out the actual work and cost. When I asked for clarification they never got back to me. Very frustrating and I then contacted Quantum. From initial contact to completion of the work was less than 7 days and the job was completed in a very timely manner. The cost was very competitive...all I can say is....Quantum is the only way to go
