Queen Electric

AHS is contracted with Queen's Electric to responsed to electrical service requests. Queen's sent an insufficiently trained electrician to address improper wiring of a stove that is a fire hazard. Due to their limited experience as an electrician the professional assessment was that the stove is not wired incorrectly, "because no one would do that." As a homeowner, I was able to use YouTube to determine that the stove is rated for 40 AMPS, the receptacle for 50 AMPS, the wiring for 30 AMPS and the breaker for 50 AMPS. The technician proceeded to write up the report to AHS stating the service request is for an upgrade and there is no mechanical failure. IF I Could rate a 0 I would. DO NOT USE! BEWARE! FRAUD! As the review in 2023, BBB stated this company was sent by American Home Shield! Never in my 13 yrs of using AHS have I ever had a company BOLDLY LIE about doing work when there was nothing done. Then refuse to respond to calls from AHS regarding falsifying service. As you saw fit to produce fraudulent claims, one thing for certain is that this business will never be successful!! I hope that American Home Shield removes you from their service provider list, especially as I had to fight for my money back over the course of several days for something your service guy never did! Nothing good comes from cheating hard working people out of their money! As the saying goes as you take from others, double will be taken from you!

I'm unfamiliar with the business but someone driving a Nissan with the logo on the side of the car just cut me off and almost caused multiple accidents. Just reckless and unnecessary. If the employees don't understand they are a representation of the company it means some morals and values are missing.

After a mix up with Home warranty service, technician arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed and repaired my issue. Friendly knowledgeable technician.

Whenever I need any type of electric work done smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detector installed I will always use queen electric. They were very thorough and completed everything I needed to have done without being there just by taking over the phone instructions! 10 across the board
