Quercus Landscapes

My experience with Quercus Landscape was extremely poor. The entire process was defined by a lack of professionalism and poor communication. 1) Unauthorized Service and Invoicing: I was billed for a service that I never requested. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and had an unprofessional demeanor. 2) Unauthorized Entry: Their team entered my backyard without my permission. They claimed to have performed a service (turning off my irrigation system), which was not only unauthorized but also unnecessary, as the system was already off. I cannot recommend this company due to their unauthorized entry, billing for unrequested services, and unprofessional conduct. Definitely avoid them!

Someone wearing this companies orange work shirt approached me at a bar in Everett and was vulgar and aggressive over me supposedly not leaving the waitress a big enough tip. He was drunk. I would not hire this company based on its employees aggressive drunken behavior. I work in the industry and would surely not refer them either.

Best landscape contractor and you can't have him.😉
