A company who professes total professionalisms. My technician was quiet and focused only on the work he needed to have done. This included phone calls. During their lunch break AI gets your call and almost immediately someone from office returns your call. When technician arrived to my house to assess the damage on my appliances he took the time to look for stove & fridge serial number so… he could order each part accordingly to every appliance in addition parts arrived on time and he was able to come over and help me replace 10 pieces that needed to be replaced. )9 stove pieces and 1 fridge) I will recommend and refer this company over & over.

Sam with Quick k N Easy appliance was outstanding. He repaired my Bosch dishwasher and it was not an easy go… Due to a new countertop, sliding the dishwasher out was problematic and Sam was not deterred! He was able to replace the drain pump by thinking outside the box and finding a solution, plus he’s a very easygoing guy! Our less than 2 year old GE oven was not heating up to desired temperature based on the programmed setting on the display. This young repair man came in and first questioned was how old is the oven. I suggested that he should check the TEMPERATURE SENSOR first in the back of the stove and that this was an issue I had with a previous stove. He said that the sensor could not be the problem and that it was the motherboard. He kept texting the home office and receiving directions from them. After I explained the problem and he tested the oven temperature his diagnosis was the motherboard was the issue and needed to be replaced. He diagnosed our refrigerator problem right away and came back in a couple of days to complete the repair once the part was in. The service was good and the pricing reasonable.
