Mike came out on short notice for an emergency call. We needed to extract water from hallway carpets due to a fire sprinkler flood. He was thorough and reasonable. Fair with his pricing and great service including drying fans. Most people in his industry would take advantage of an emergency call. But I’m glad we found an honest person in the trait.
