This team is absolutely amazing. They are attentive, willing to answer any questions, and just professional. I originally discovered them after I purchased my house. They came out twice after and fixed all my needs. Well, roughly 1.5 years later, I called up Bobby to help with an issue at my Mother’s house. The same team showed up, and still had the same level of knowledge and professionalism. Super grateful for you guys with helping my Mother today. 10/10! Super recommend!

Highly recommend R.A. (Bobby) Jackson for all of your residential electrical needs. Great communication, quick response time, high quality work, and extremely reasonable prices. Two workers came out today and installed 3 ceiling fans, 2 outdoor lights, and wired the house for a portable generator. They answered all my questions and were very respectful to me and my wife. Ra Jackson were are the electricians for our new house. We’ve used them for installing extra outlets and other items. They are scheduling us to install a generator. We are happy with their services. Their crew are friendly and very professional. We’ve seen some complaints about the time frame issues. Businesses get busy we do understand that it’s the companies that schedule you in an hours time is the ones I would be concerned about!! We would highly recommend them!!

RA Jackson Electric recently addressed a problem I was having with the line inputs to my air conditioner. They were recommended by Stephenson’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I found the technicians to be both professional and courteous. After I called Jackson’s, the technicians arrived later that day, which was great, it was hot with no AC. Upon inspection, a tech tightened a wire that was rather loose and thought that may have fixed the intermittent input problem to my AC unit. Unfortunately, the same issue reared up again later that night. The technician troubleshot the circuit logically, it was an intermittent fault.
