Driver of their vehicle on I84 west today driving like a maniac reported to Connecticut state police as aggressive driver endangering people by riding within a foot of my bumper and others as he passed me reported to his company. Ct registration C329882. Needs to be fired or severely reprimanded you will be hearing from the CSP today

I swear to God one star is too much these people since the first owner change they are absolutely absolutely garbage company. Do not waste your money. Here they are the most expensive people and Connecticut on top of that. The service sucks. Customer service absolutely horrible. Do not waste your money in this company. They are plenty more different company better than this company. They have no respect for customers to fix twice my fridge with them and got paid twice and and still not fixed. Do yourself a favor. Do not waste money in this company. Look at the reviews. They’re going bankrupt sooner later. The first of all the shall learn how to speak to customers they don’t even deserve one star.

These guys are not only crooks but they are also unbelievably rude and don't want to work. I had to call multiple times and work my way through a stream of ruder and ruder employees to speak with. They came to my shop multiple times to "fix" a problem that was ultimately never fixed even after saying it was, and of course, charged a premium price for it. No help at all. I would recommend literally any other HVAC service.
