We had SUCH a great experience building with RC Dent! Our home was not the typical home, and Scott Dent was amazing to work with! We had very specific things we wanted, and our expectations were met, and often exceeded, as we went through the building process. Scott had excellent suggestions any time we weren’t sure about a decision, and he never said “no” to one of my crazy design elements. I can not recommend RC Dent Construction enough! The prices were fair, and the workmanship was impeccable. Scott has amazing subs that are very good at what they do. It is so nice to have a builder you can trust! We are so happy with our beautiful home. If you are looking for an amazing builder, Look no further. Thank you RC Dent! We couldn’t be happier!

RCD is fantastic. They built our custom home beautifully. They finished a month ahead of schedule. They were I incredibly responsive to all texts/calls/emails throughout the process. They addressed various minor inevitable issues that arose — even a year after completing the build. And most importantly, they did not exceed the budget by even a penny.

I draw house plans for a living and we’ve worked with Scott and Brian on several projects. One thing is for sure with those guys, THEY CARE about their clients. They are always looking for ways to give the clients the best product and make sure that the home is built and designed right. Super detail oriented and willing to go the extra mile. I’m way impressed with the time they put into the planning and pre-construction phase. Would definitely recommend RC Dent!

I’ve had RC Dent taking care of me for over 10 years, from small repairs to building my home and currently a major renovation at my business. Scott and Brian make you feel like you are the most important person to them by how quick they are to respond and do what say they are going to do- full of integrity and quite fun to be around.
