OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I have been a Southampton home owner for over 30 years. In December of 2023 I used Essay for the first time. Truly remarkable service. Great people. Not only the best plumbers I have had the pleasure of dealing with, but Essay ranks among the top five service providers I have dealt with on the East End.
Worst plumbers I have ever hired. They made a leak in my bathroom worse, not better!! And to make matters worse, they charged me almost $1000 for their unskilled workers! A total nightmare and do not recommend anyone to ever hire them to service their home.
Rob was extremely accommodating when I had two plumbing emergencies. The work was completed efficiently at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend essay plumbing.
