Today, RJ Carter Plumbing expertly installed a Kind E-3000 Whole House Water Filter System in my garage. Billy and Chris reviewed the mounting options available to me and installed the system to my needs and preferences. I am thoroughly pleased with the installation particularly because it utilized existing unused wall space and did not change how I stored house and yard tools around it. They left the garage clean and neat. They further provided usage and filter maintenance procedures throughout the installation for me to do my own system maintenance.

Excellent service from 1st phone call to day of service! Sally in the office was super friendly & helpful. Called at the end of the day with an emergency, they talked me through the steps to shut off the water at the leak & we’re out the next day first thing!. Austin & Chris, who came to the house, were very friendly, great with our dogs & super fast & efficient! I ended up calling RJ Carter back the next week to help with a project I had going on. Totally recommend for all your plumbing needs!

Another great service appointment from RJ Carter. Technicians were sent out the next day after my call. I have 3 properties, and have used this company multiple times for various reasons, and they have always sent technicians in a very timely fashion. Chris and Billy have been deployed the last couple of times, and they have been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, get the work done without delay, and are super pleasant. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have been satisfied, as well.

10/10 Highly recommend From the first visit, to the final walkthrough this company was professional, honest, considerate and hardworking. During our house replumb, the plumbers were very thorough inspecting our home to ensure the job was going to be complete right from front to back. There were several odd things that they discovered and corrected, changed plans to accommodate our odd layout and were excellent to work with every step of the way. They showed up when they said they would, did excellent work and left our property in much better shape than they found it. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Due to the recent freezing tempatures I came home to a blown water line, The next morning I Contacted RJ Carter Plumbing and spoke with Sally in the Ofiice to set up a service call for the repair. She quickly took down all my information and said they could get a crew out that day. They sent a crew out and completed my repairs, the work was done very neat & professinaly. I would highly recommend RJ Carter for any of your plumbing needs.
