The builder owed him money… as a result he didn’t complete the job… he never graded the front yard or moved the rocks as he had promised. He was arrogant and unprofessional in my opinion. I would never recommend him. He also put the septic right where the proposed deck was to be placed…IT WAS ON THE PLANS! Guess he can’t read!! AND….. he drove his equipment thru my backyard destroying all the small bushes and trees… it looked like a road through the back!
