Had this company install ductless units in 2 apartments years ago. In one apartment, the ductless unit was leaking condensation down the wall on hot and humid days for years. I found out about it from a tenant towards the end of the labor warranty period and it was not a routine leak, it could only be replicated in the summer. Got the usual speech, asking why we didn't call sooner, we are passed the warranty period etc. I had to pay RP Services to come back out several times, and they could not find the issue.. they blamed the drain and blew it out despite it being perfectly clear. I spent alot of money and gave RP what they were asking for, I even paid for the service calls. I called Trane, they dispatched another company to diagnose the issue, and that company was successful in find

Realize that the fee for them to show up is 165. Showed up did nothing because they can’t handle a machine that’s older than 10-12 years. So I paid for nothing. And they were rude on the phone.

Great HVAC service. Owner is hand on to be sure of excellent product installation and service. I highly recommend.
