My general contractor had poured the floor in a new 30x44 garage he built and when it was done it wasn’t right. After quoting 3 concrete contractors, I hired R. Patti to remove the current 6” thick wire reinforced pad and pour a new one. Not only were they the lowest cost but Josh (the foreman) also demonstrated a more comprehensive understanding of not only concrete but also general construction principles.
