1 star because 0 isn’t an option. TLDR: Plumber charged us $75 for a “no show fee” when they never showed to our apartment. Scheduled a time to fix a leaking faucet and waited at home all day for the plumber to show up. Plumber tried to call us to schedule the appointment but never left a voicemail saying who was calling. My wife works all day and couldn’t take the call, and without a voicemail assumed it was spam. I received a call a few days later in the early morning on the weekend, but also assumed it was spam and never received a voicemail. After the service was finally scheduled, both my wife and I were at home all day waiting for the service, but the plumber never arrived. I am a realtor that's been in the practice for 22 years and I always have to rely on industry professionals to help my clientele. I would highly recommend Rickk with R&R Plumbing. I had a major plumbing repair that needed to be taken care of for my buyer. I frantically called looking for someone to help, as there were only a few licensed plumbers that do this level of work in the Prescott area. He called me back the same day, and went out the very next morning to assess the situation. He provided a quote quickly and even gave different scenarios of what the outcome may be, so there were no surprises. Rick is awesome very knowledgeable great guy and great service. He came to my house on a Sunday cause the septic line was backed up. He cleared the line made sure everything was good and put me in Contact with his partner to get my hot water heater repaired or replaced and he’s on his way the same day also. Rick is the only plumber I’ll be using from now.

Owner comes to my house. Was extremely rude to my elderly mother and wife. After a bit he said it was supposedly fixed. I left town the next day. Come home a week later to everything backed up again. I called and left 2 messages. Called a 3rd time and he finally anwsered and proceeded to yell at me for not paying the invoice fast enough. It wasn't paid because I had to leave town for work for a week and also he didn't fix the issue so I needed him to come back to actually fix the issue. After yelling at me some more on the phone and basically calling me a liar, I hung up. I've never in my life left a poor review for anyone. I'm dumbfounded at this guy's behavior. Checks in the mail to him anyway. I strongly reccomend you stay away from this clown.

Rick is amazing! Thank you for coming out so fast and being so efficient. We were in a jam and had another company out first and they charged us just to tell us they couldn’t do anything to help. Rick swooped in and saved the day!! Highly recommend this company!!!
