Jared from R3 Roofing came and did a roof inspection. We had suspected hail damage which he did confirm. Jared was very honest, upfront, answered all our questions and helped us work with the insurance company to get our claim filed. The crew that installed our roof was on time, courteous, fast and efficient. Upon completion of the job, the crew did an amazing job at cleaning up . You couldn’t even tell that the crew was here except for the fact I had a new roof. Erica stopped by because there was a storm in our area & offered to do an inspection. This small thing made us stop & take a look to realize we had storm damage and an improper install from the last company. Jared came the same day to do a walk through. He helped walk us through all of our questions. Super easy to talk to and helpful. The crew was here within a week and the job was done the same day. Our material was picked up within a few days. They help with communication with the insurance company to ensure the claim got paid and we paid exactly what we were quoted.
