Overall unsatisfactory experience due to their failure to complete the agreed work and stringing me along for over a month. Not to mention borderline theft for not rendering a service I paid for. Just one excuse after another with no communication outside of my inquiries. Dealt with the owner "Naz" and first impressions were good and pricing was acceptable. His pricing was higher than competitors and in order to win the work we struck a deal to install a water system at no cost after the initial pluming job. Naz didn't honor that deal and after numerous attempts to schedule (being very flexible to their schedules) I was forced to hire someone else. Nick from his crew was great but it's a shame Naz treats customers this way and lacks integrity to honor his commitments.

We found Naz Conti and his crew did excellent work changing a tub and shower to a walk in shower for us. We love it! Not only did they do good work, they were respectful and cleaned everything when they finished each time they were here. Naz took care of everything, even when we needed a roofer for the vent and electrician to move the plugs. Nick, who did the finishing in the shower and around the shower and put the shower doors on, was personable and made sure we were satisfied with everything before he left. Last year, Raecon Plumbing had to dig up our basement and fix a lot of plumbing issues. Never had another problem. Excellent work.

Naz did a great job with my tankless water heater installation. He was available to come give a free, same-day estimate. After we made the agreement, he had the job done within a week. Would recommend.

Called Raecon to see about having my furnace replaced. Someone named Naz(unsure of spelling) arrived at my house within 30-60 minutes of my call and seemed personable and professional. Made plans to have them come the following Monday to install the furnace so I would have a few days to borrow some money from the credit union. About two days later he started calling me to ask if he could get the down payment sooner. I kept having to explain to him that I had to get the money and that is why I was not having them put in the furnace until the following week. Monday came, I took off work so they could install the furnace only to have them call a few hours late and say they weren't ready to start it. Same thing happened the next day. Finally they were ready to start after I had lost a few days

Installed Kitchen touchless faucet with ease. Was quick to reply to our inquiry. Set realistic expectations, made an appointment and was on time. Was very professional and personable. Based on this experience we plan to use for furnace maintenance going forward.
