Daniel and his team did a great job getting my new liner installed. Very happy I chose these guys.

Had a great experience buying a hot tub from them. When other pool companies were trying to upsell or not returning calls, Raft to Rafters was prompt and walked through all the hot tub options with us. Took the time to answer all questions and were never pushy. We just had the hot tub installed and couldn't be happier with our purchase! Everything from the initial phone call to the in store visit to the install team went smooth.

Hours said they should be open, but door was locked. Probably due to holiday weekend. I'll try back during the week.

Bought pool and hot tub last year. Pool hose from pump had a split. Went to store to get a new one. Not under warranty. They had one hose in the whole place. Glad I only needed one. I smiled when he said they only had one. Not because I was happy, but because it's so typical now a days. $40.00 for 1 new hose. Bought two more from Amazon for 28.00 for both.

I rarely fill out reviews, but in this situation it was a must. By far and away this was one of the best construction experiences I have had. If you are thinking about having a pool built, there is no other company I would recommend other than Raft to Rafters. Every part of the experience from the quality of the work, the communication, and the timeliness of the pool construction was exceptional. All of their employees are professional and extremely adept and knowledgeable at their jobs. They will make sure throughout the process you are happy with the work and it is done with precision and care. They did a great job, my wife and I couldn’t be happier.
